10 Years of Training: A Legacy of Excellence and Community
Since its creation, the MSc Engineers for Smart Cities has trained hundreds of professionals, offering them much more than a degree: a community, a vision, and a responsibility. This program, at the intersection of technology, urban planning, and sustainability, has enabled its graduates to thrive in diverse fields, ranging from data science and doctoral research to urban project management and public policy.
The graduation ceremony was an opportunity to honor the alumni, whose professional journeys inspire new cohorts. Their testimonials illustrate the diversity of opportunities offered by the program and strengthen the network of experts shaping the cities of tomorrow.
A 10th Anniversary Marked by Innovation: Launch of the Smart Cities Expert Council
To celebrate this decade, the MSc announced the creation of the Smart Cities Expert Council, an initiative aimed at strengthening ties between the academic world and professional stakeholders. This council will bring together alumni, experts, and partners to foster knowledge exchange, innovation, and collaboration, thereby accelerating the transition toward smarter and more sustainable cities.
The 2024 and 2025 cohorts also made history by becoming the first to benefit from the dual degree program with Centrale Méditerranée, thanks to the partnership signed in 2023. This major advancement consolidates academic collaborations and opens new perspectives for students.
